职位名称:在线技术支持工程师(实验室设备) 职位描述/要求:Position Summary: Provide post sales customer technical support via service hotline such as instrument and software malfunction troubleshooting, installation consultant , basic customer training, as required to ensure customer purchased Thermo products meet Thermo performance and operation standards and customer expectation thus achieve or improve customer loyalty to Thermo Scientific.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Online answer customer calls and receptions online and provide accurate solution, then register the details info into call center system. 2. Solves straight-forward issues and problems by way of remote or online guiding. 3. Summarize the FAQ and share with team members Other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 1、BS degree or above in mechanical or electrical major, or equivalent required. 2、1-2 years working knowledge of Lab equipment such as Cold Storage, Centrifuges, CO2 Incubators and etc . Fluency with personal computers is also required. 3、Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years Field Service experience of lab equipment, previous experience in installing, servicing, and sales of lab instrument 4、Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills. 5、Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin) 6、Self-motivated and good communication skills and team work spirit.
