职位名称：Technical Support Engineer 职位描述/要求：主要职责: 针对内部销售人员的培训及技术支持，针对外部客户的技术讲座，技术支持。 参加各种行业展会和市场活动，以技术讲座的形式宣传产品并收集市场信息。 和行业内关键客户之间保持合作关系，分析判断市场热点并引入支持销售的合作项目。 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • On site seminar, Sale internal training and tech support. • Attending Exhibition and forum, Marketing & competitor info collection. • KA collaboration and project introduction into the company.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1、硕士学历，了解分析化学行业，对色谱相关产品有一定了解,在色谱行业相关企业5年以上工作经验。 Bachelor’s degree or above，familiar with Chromatography industry and have 5 years work experience in Chromatography industry. 2、有液相色谱，制备液相，flash纯化系统，质谱等使用经验，有制药行业工作经验者优先。 Used HPLC, Prep LC, Flash purification system or MS system before，have work experience in Pharma or chemical companies is preferred. 3、具备有较强的表达能力和沟通能力。 Have the good ability for effective communication & presentation skill. 4、熟练的外语读写能力，一定的英语口头交流能力。 Experienced spoken and written English.
