职位名称：高级行业市场主管(轻工)Sr.Vertical Marketing Supervisor 职位描述/要求：Key Areas of Responsibilities (主要工作职责)
1.Responsible for industry business development, especially focus on chemical industry market in China. Report to Industry vertical marketing Manager. 2.Identifies chemical industry new opportunities by policy interpretation, market research VOC and data mining, etc. 3.Develops industry commercial plan and initiative action plan to drive growth. 4.Coordinate with related industry sales team for commercial plan execution daily management to ensure sustainable growth 5.Lead to develop sales tools and delivery internal sales training 6.Coordinate with cross function teams on product optimization, application development and marketing event etc. 7.Build and maintain relationships with KOL within the chemical industry
Skills and Qualifications（职位需求）
1.BS degree or above in chemical engineering/automation/chemistry. 2.Strong chemical industry background, 5+ years business development or marketing or sales experiences in chemical industry 3.Excellent business sense, creative thinking, strategy planning and strong execution capabilities 4.Good communication and teamwork capabilities as well as superior presentation skills. 5.Strong interest in technology trend 6.Energetic, Ambitious, Open mind and goal- oriented 7.Excellent skills in written/spoken English and office 8.5+ work experiences in international company preferred. 9.MBA background is preferred.
