职位名称:2724-HRBP 职位描述/要求:Principal Duties and Responsibilities •Business partnership - Proactively consult with clients, with understanding, diagnosing and recommending HR solutions to support business development and deliver outcomes - Facilitate organization ongoing needs analysis activities and manage change - Monthly workforce tracking and reporting •Talent development - Facilitate annual talent review and follow up on actions required - Understand business requirement, work together with business to identify the training plan, and align with L&D team for implementation •Engagement and culture - Work closely with business to provide Human Resources leadership, anticipate employee and organizational issues - Facilitate employee communication activities, such as Town Hall meeting, team building activities and etc - Provide interpretation and consultant service on HR policy, procedure and practices •Ad-hoc tasks - Work closely with other Human Resources projects and initiatives
Qualifications •Education - Bachelor degree and above - Good English skills •Working years - At least 4-year HRBP working experience in international company - Specialization in a certain HR CoE function is preferred •Professional skill - Customer oriented - Be curious and good learning agility - Systematic thinking while paying attention to details - Good communication and coordination skills as well as team work spirit
