螺旋桨疲劳试验机技术

  • 螺旋桨旋转叶片扭转疲劳试验机

    中定时截尾数据的处理和评估方法.采用线性Goodman修正和Miner损伤累积法则将截尾疲劳寿命转换为疲劳极限样本数据,对该样本建立似然方程,利用似然方程组的极值条件迭代求解疲劳极限的最大似然估计量,并通过Monte-Carlo假设验证了方法的准确性.根据疲劳极限的最大似然估计可以得到更准确的S-N曲线,从而更有效地进行疲劳寿命评估.

    有关螺旋桨材料的疲劳特性、本文作者利用在海水中再现实际运转的疲劳试验弄清了寿命达10~8次的疲劳强度及疲劳裂纹扩展特性[1~3]。但因螺旋桨的实际运转寿命是10~9次或更高,所以必须搞清10~9~10~(10)次寿命区域的疲劳强度。用实验的方法求出试验结果,需要超过10年的时间,因此,采用了将已求得的达10~3次寿命的疲劳特性的实验值进行统计整理,

    一种测试螺旋桨叶疲劳性能的试验系统,它由螺旋桨叶试件、夹具、静载加载机构、振动台、应变片和动态应变仪组成;它们之间的位置连接关系是:4个螺旋桨桨叶试件的根部通过螺栓与夹具连接,左右各设置2个螺旋桨叶试件;在螺旋桨叶试件尖部位置打孔,以安装静载加载机构,每边的2个螺旋桨叶试件通过尖部的静载加载机构连接在一起;整个螺旋桨叶试件及夹具一体通过振动台的丝杠连接于振动台的动圈上;在螺旋桨叶试件的相应位置上粘贴应变片;动态应变仪与应变片连接。本发明结构简单、操作方便、效率高,用于螺旋桨叶劳性能试验测试,测试结果对于结构疲劳寿命评定具有重要的工程应用价值。
