到客户现场开发方法或重现已有方法，培训客户如何使用设备和耗材；该情况占比10%-20%，如关键客户; On site DEMO or method development, 10%-20% case will be on site, especially for Key account.
解决客户投诉，为由于客户使用问题引起的客户投诉提供解决方案; Trouble shooting and give the solution for any customer complaint caused by their mistake usage process.
新品内部测试; Testing for new product or internal testing.
