职位名称:产品营销专员 职位描述/要求:Job brief 工作简介 The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of technical applications, marketing communications and digital content that support to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Besides the traditional marketing objectives and goals – to increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions, but also include digital marketing web content, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO). This role requires an in depth knowledge of laboratory products and market goals. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. This position reports to the National Sales Manager and dot line to General Manager. Responsibilities (include but not limited) • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities. Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies. • Develop and optimize online programs to acquire high-quality inbound leads • Increase site traffic and conversions from search engines by improving rankings for targeted keywords • Update and maintain company website, social media accounts such as WeChat, Youku, Baidu, LinkedIn, Blog and online profiles and directories. • Develop easy-to-use, clear, concise, comprehensible online content including case studies, press releases, and videos • Coordinate weekly blog/WeChat posts, writing, editing, sourcing images, posting online, etc. • Strategically develop, deploy and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns around marketing goals. • Identify and evaluate online advertising opportunities • Monitor, track, and analyze page ranking performance on an ongoing basis, optimizing campaigns as necessary • Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign analysis, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity, etc. • Work close with the sales team ,to prepare all documents for the marketing events both on-line and off-line, and the data statistics. • The gifts preparation for marketing events. • Ensure that the brand message is consistent
Requirements • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent. Chemistry marketing background is preferred. • A minimum of two up to five years proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role. • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods. Extensive experience and knowledge of Baidu Adwords, Baidu Analytics, Bing Ads, WeChat, etc. A proven track record building B2B brands via Baidu, WeChat, LinkedIn is a plus。 • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Baidu Adwords etc.) • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired • Strong analytical skills a must • Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient Ability to work independently as well as in a team • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multi-media • Excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and oral • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind • Team player; ability to work well and be flexible within marketing team and other departments
