职位名称:Online Technical Support,两箱一柜 职位描述/要求:Position Summary: (1-2 sentences) Remote support post sales questions, troubleshooting customer''s problems, delivering consulting and training services, being creative in using the latest technologies through phone & internet collaboration to achieve or improve customer loyalty to Thermo Scientific.
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets) 1、 Provide accurate and reasonable technical solution to ensure our customer get excellent service experience 2、 Be the contact window of Online and China service team; keep regular exchange to support local market 3、 Keep optimizing working process to make sure high service level and high customer satisfaction. 4、 Work with team closely to keep improving technical capability and online handling capacity. 5、 Be responsible for LSC knowledge base construction and maintenance 6、 Other duties as required Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets) Qualifications: 1、College degree or above in mechanical or electrical major, or equivalent required. 2、At least 5 years working experience of Lab equipment,such as Cold Storage, Centrifuges, CO2 Incubators and etc . 3、Preference will be given to those with 3-5 years Field Service experience of lab equipment, previous experience in installing, servicing, and technical support of lab instrument 4、Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese 5、Good communication and service attitudes
