职位名称：Business Manager-Sales 职位描述/要求：Job Description : Business Manager • Key Account Manager that will be responsible for maintenance and growth • Products will be bulk antibodies that the customers are using for making IVD assays • Knowledge of antibodies is a plus • Prefer to have someone with great knowledge of the South Region • Understands the decision processes at an end-user within Biopharma, Biotech or IVD manufactures.
Qualifications ： • Bachelors or master’s degree or University Equivalent. • 6+ years relevant experience. • Fluent oral and written English • Relevant scientific background (biochemistry, biological science or similar) is preferred. • SAP CRM and Challenger sales techniques are preferred. • Analytical and business oriented through a proven track record in previous positions • In-depth business understanding and profound overview of numbers • Excellent selling skills • Drive and energetic • Customer focus • Structured way of working • Good intercultural understanding and experience in cross cultural business dealings • High level communication and negotiation skills • Team player • Fundamental IT-skills
