    职位描述/要求:Job Responsibilities:

    1. 负责哈希智慧化产品在指定区域内的市场开拓和销售目标Responsible for the market development and sales target of Hash software solutions in the designated area

    2. 能够在目标客户数字化转型的环境下,结合哈希的能力以及行业趋势,主动思考和探索应用场景,商业模式,实现业绩要求和客户价值Be able to proactively think and explore application scenarios, business models, and achieve performance requirements and customer value in the context of digital transformation of target customers, combined with Hash''s capabilities and industry trends

    3. 协调本地仪表销售团队,挖掘、识别客户的要求和期望Coordinate with local instruments sales team to explore and identify customer requirements and expectations

    4. 与客户进行初步交流并准确传达客户要求给支持团队Conduct initial communication with customers and accurately communicate customer requirements to the support team

    5. 为公司获取投标资格,制作简单方案,参与投标活动,向客户显示公司与竞争对手的差异Obtain the qualification of bidding, create proposals, participate in bidding activities and present the customer how the company differs from competitors

    6. 与公司其他部门协调沟通,制作可靠的标书Coordinate and communicate with other internal departments to create reliable bids

    7. 协调本地仪表销售,推进商务洽谈及合同的签署,达成公司制定的销售目标Coordinate local instrument sales, drive business negotiation and contract signing, and achieve the sales target

    8. 协调公司内部资源,为客户解决售前、售中及部分售后问题,提高客户满意度Coordinate internal company resources to solve pre-sales, in-sales and some after-sales problems for customers and improve customer satisfaction

    9. 维护良好的客户关系,提升客户对产品的认可度、服务的满意度、公司品牌的美誉度Maintain good customer relationship, improve products satisfaction, service satisfaction and company brand reputation

    10. 拜访重点客户、潜在客户、设计院,掌握区域内市场动态及竞争对手情况Visit key accounts, potential customers, design institutes, develop the regional market dynamics and competitors insights

    11. 向产品部门收集和反馈市场信息和用户需求,协调市场宣传部门进行市场宣传活动Collect market information and user needs for the product department, and coordinate with the marketing team to carry out market promotion activities



    岗位要求Job Requirements:

    1. 本科以上学历;供水和排水相关领域,环境保护,环境工程,自动化,计算机软件等专业Bachelor degree or above; major in water supply and drainage related fields, environmental protection, environmental engineering, automation, computer software, etc.

    2. 对两化融合等行业趋势有一定了解,对数字化业务有激情Have a certain understanding of industry trends(automation & digitization), and have a passion for digital business

    3. 有相关水行业软件产品销售经验优先Relevant water industry software product sales experience is preferred

    4. 市政仪表或设备销售经验亦可,如鼓风机、阀门、泵、分析、物位仪表等销售经验Municipal instrumentation or equipment sales experience, such as blower, valve, pump, analyzer, physical parameters etc. sales experience

    5. 有项目运作和运营经验,熟悉招投标流程Experience in sales project process and operation, familiar with bidding process

    6. 有项目交付全生命周期管理能力Ability to manage the whole life cycle of project delivery

    7. 具有团队协作精神和高度的工作热情,分析判断能力强,工作效率高Have teamwork spirit and high work enthusiasm, strong analytical and judgment ability, high efficiency

    8. 可适应不定期出差Adaptable to business trips
