Responsible for selling solution, the candidate with consultative selling skill shall provide standard service contract to the customer, determine and develop approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies. ? Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations, effectively communication needed. ? Accountable for the territory, and responsible for developing customer, and leverage the internal and external resource to expand the marketing share and improve the customer satisfaction. ? Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively create sales opportunities to current or new customers/partners. ? Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively. ? Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity, especially maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers. ? Consistently meet/exceed sales performance goals, and create monitors and revises lead generation plans. ? Expand Cross Lab Branding. ? Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Food, Material, Pharm. Environment or related discipline. ? At least 3 years sales experiences in laboratory/chemical area, service sales background is preferred. ? Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications. ? Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with CrossLab products and strategy. ? Knowledge of various workflows within a laboratory. ? Able to work with minimum supervision. ?
