Work with partners on supporting commercial actions such as tenders by delivering required information in a timely manner Participate in the monitoring of the customer satisfaction and initiate improvements/corrective actions as necessary to ensure the customer expectations are met Develop opportunities on cooperation with local IVD companies Timely handling of technical product support cases and complaints by collecting information and working together with appropriate sources. Accurately document, analyze and report support activities product support and customer communication in China Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction, IVD automation market data and competitor information in China.
