立即投递该职位 职位名称:Head of Sales-Andor 北京 职位描述/要求:The Regional Sales Head will directly contribute to our long run strategy and lead the regionalization of & execution upon that strategy in line with our Strategic Financial Plan (SFP). This is a key senior role that will have wide-ranging influence in commercial practice and process within Andor, driving synergy and through it scale.
Key Responsibilities 1、Responsible for Orders, Revenue and margin targets for the Andor business within defined region. You are the regional business driver, responsible for the long-term development of the region in line with SFP 2、Understand and translate the regional context: Segment size, customer budgets & strategic investments, adjacencies and opportunities into regional sales strategy, shape and focus of deployed team. Win market share in line with strategic objectives and long term development expectations. 3、Strong background and proven track record to design sales coverage, manage sales, and perform to continuous exceed the sales target. Configure, deploy, and lead teams of sales personnel and applications specialists addressing Andor (3) key segments. Life, Physical Sciences and OEM/Key Accounts. 4、Strong collaborator, to work with global team, local multi-functional team to perform and achieve regional common goal. Continuously foster, enable and optimize these vital connections and deliver a sound regional context to Andor China strategy. 5、Manage the people and teams through the FY23 re-build of Andor China team. Identify key contributors, plan for their retention, communicate consistent vision and change, effectively 6、Track record and experience in the compliance management process, including direct sales and indirect sales 7、Ensure teams and channels have use of resources, enablement, training and are engaged in continual learning to maximize selling effectiveness. 8、Work effectively with finance, sales administration, regulatory, Legal and compliance to efficiently manage and process business 9、Work closely with Sales operations to develop and deploy consistent global KPI’s at a regional level, facilitating a clear view of sales (individual and team) productivity, along with lead, opportunity, funnel and campaign management in support of Sales Programs, Product Management and Marketing 10、Evaluate effectiveness and update strategy as needed.

Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated 1、The successful candidate will very likely be a graduate in a Physics, Chemistry or Biology related discipline with preference for an advanced degree qualification. 2、They will have had relevant senior leadership experience in a country management role in a global organization. 3、They will have experience building routes to market and proven track record rapidly scaling the business. 4、They will be commercially focused with strong leadership and, crucially, influencing aptitude and experience, and capable of developing and leading strategic change supporting both Andor and group strategy. 5、If possible, the candidate will have overseas working experience in Europe or North America.
