立即投递该职位 职位名称：Quality Manager 职位描述/要求：Responsibilities: Quality Manager for Agilent's China Warehouse ensuring incoming product meets specifications, escalation to manufacturing when issues arise ensuring they are resolved, execute field actions as needed, comply with all Quality requirements for the CN20 Warehouse. ? Consults to ensure that high quality products are designed, engineered, and manufactured by Agilent, in conformance with customer requirements, required standards and regulations. ? Develops and implements quality initiatives to improve the organization's core business processes and to influence the development of a customer centered organization. ? May maintain Quality Management System (e.g., ISO13485) and support Quality Management System (QMS) improvement projects. ? May provide expertise, training and/or consulting in Quality processes and methods to build and maintain a customer oriented quality culture. ? May direct the work of third parties such as vendors, product partners, etc. ? To meet contract specified deliverables, performance, or business objectives. Requirements: ? Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. ? Typically 6+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. ? Post-graduate and/or certification/ license may be a plus. ? Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.
