职位描述 Define GTM strategy in the Industry in South China with deep understandings of the market trends, competitor activities, customer needs & pain points etc. aligning with the overall business strategy. Deliver the committed regional orders & sales target to ensure healthy growth and keep the leading positions of Milli-Q. Lead, coaching and motivate team to improve value-based products selling skills, expand market share and explore the new business fields. Build talent base within the regional team, make succession and retention plan and cultivate a team spirit of engagement, aspiration and learning agility. Work with internal supporting functions to gain resources to support the regional business growth and team development. Lead & manage the team to use digital tools, like SFDC/QlikView to prepare regular reports and deliver accurate quarterly forecast.
任职条件 10 years' experience within life science industry, hardware background preferred. At least 3 years' experience of being people manager Good in English Bachelor degree, MBA preferred.
