Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities ? To achieve or exceed sales targets for bench top magnetic resonance and deliver on the sales strategy for the territory. ? To do cross selling for MAG products in key segments of pharmaceutical, polymer, chemical, covering MR, NanoAnalysis (EDS/EBSD/WDS/OP), AR (AFM), WITec (RAMAN). ? To work closely with all MAG sales, applications and marketing teams to ensure maximisation of leads and opportunities developments. Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel ? To organise and attend related marketing activity to sustain growth for MAG ? To make and implement effective sales planning to deliver MAG strategy. ? To increase market share for MAG with improved and measurable margin. ? To establish and develop strong relationships, understand customer’s job-to-be-done in territory, manage collaborations and enhance existing relationships, especially in key segments of pharmaceutical, polymer, chemical. ? To drive cross BU MAG solutions in key segments of pharmaceutical, polymer, chemical. ? To use and maximise the CRM system to manage sales funnels and report accurately against sales forecasting ? To develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape ? To understand funding arrangements and manage this in line with sales targets ? Ⅱ、Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated 1、Education / Qualifications: ? Chemistry, physics, biochemistry, material science graduate ? Knowledge of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy will be a significant advantage ? Knowledge of SEM/EDS/EBSD/WDS, AFM, RAMAN will be a plus. ? Extensive experience of direct sales experience with similar products into academic and / or industrial research customers. ? Territory familiarity - 本科及以上学历,化学、物理、生物化学、材料科学等专业 - 了解核磁共振光谱者优先。 - 了解SEM/EDS/EBSD/WDS、AFM、RAMAN设备者优先。 - 有向学术和/或工业研究客户直接销售类似产品的丰富经验。 - 熟悉区域情况
