Arisen from the Analytical Instrumentation department of the Heraeus technology group, we have developed and manufactured instruments for elemental analysis for more than 110 years in Langenselbold near Frankfurt.
For the company’s business growth in China, we are looking for knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented talents to join us.
Business Development Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities ? Achieve growth and hit sales targets in identified segments ? Develop advanced sales solution and tactics in identified business area ? Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team ? Provide on-the-ground support for sales representatives as they generate leads and close new opportunities ? Coordinate with sales team to develop target campaigns ? Manage, develop, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that an active efforts is contributed in identified business area and related sales target and KPI target are met ? Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans ? Develop and maintain distributor channels together with field sales
Requirements ? BS/MS degree in chemistry, environment, or related field ? Successful previous experience as an experienced sales engineer, or sales supervisor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets ? Experiences in TOC, chemical industry, energy industry etc. are preferred ? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close ? Strong business sense and industry expertise ? Excellent people communication skills ? Persistent, willing to win, team spirit
