立即投递该职位 职位名称:Business Process Administrator-上海市 职位描述/要求:Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities - Review China business process for further optimization plan. - Implement the China business process optimization plan to enhance the efficiency and compliance requirements. - Administrate the compliance process for the company’s internal end-user undertakings mandatory requirements for end-user advice applications and all UK export licensable system orders. - Provides / facilitates export control compliance training to relevant China based employees including induction training for new joiners in relevant roles. - Performs post installation compliance checks to validate the location of the goods. - Supports the Legal & Compliance Manager with Export Compliance with pre- and post- shipment compliance reviews to test compliance with processes and procedures. - Support China business process related project by coordination with federal departments/functions. - Other job assigned by China office operations manager.
Ⅱ、Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated. 1、Education / Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or business management or equivalent
2、Professional Skills/ Abilities: - Complete understanding of compliance policies and procedures - Knowledge of commercial & financial aspects of direct / indirect - Familiar with business process, office automation and business system - Demonstrated ability to work and build crossing business relationships - Analytical, with good researching and learning skills - Excellent project management, time management, communication, and negotiation skills
