The residues of validamycin in rice leaves is analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using a UV detector at 210 nm, wavelength, methyl alcohol + Disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution ( pH=7, volume ratioV/V= 2:98), flow rate 1.2 mL/min, and methyl alcohol + water (volume ratio is 9:1) use as extraction solvent, purified by C18 solid phase extraction column. The coefficient of variation (CV) is 1.64%-2.98%, average yield is 84.25%-102.25%, and the lower detecting limitation is 0.92 mg/kg.

日本修订食品及食品添加剂标准
2月27日,日本厚生劳动省发布告示,修订食品及食品添加剂标准和2005年食安发第1129001号通知。告示修改涉及修订氧氟沙星(Ofloxacin)、啶酰菌胺(Boscalid)的最大残留限量,增加Flubendiamide的最大残留限量等部分内容,该修订即日起实施。同日,公布了新追加的Flubendiamid、井冈霉素(Validamycin)、邻苯基苯酚(2-Phenylphenol)、联苯(Biphenyl)和环氧丙烷(Propylene Oxide)的检测方法。
