一、用途概述：
真空烘箱广泛应用与生物化学、化工制药、医疗卫生、农业科研、环境保护等研究应用领域，作粉末干燥、烘培以及各类玻璃容器的消毒和灭菌之用。特别适合于对干燥热敏性、易分解、易氧化物质和复杂成分物品进行快速高效的干燥处理。`
二、产品特点：
1、长方体工作室采用优质钢板或不锈钢板。钢化、防弹双层玻璃门观察工作室内物体一目了然。
2、箱门闭合松紧能调节，整体成型的硅橡胶门封圈，确保箱内高真空度。
3、微电脑智能控温仪，具有设定，测定温度双数字显示和PID自整定功能，控温精确，可靠。
4、加热功率比例可任意调节，确保低端控温无温度之弊。
一、Summary
Vacuum oven is widely applicable for drying and sterilization in fields of biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine and health, agriculture and scientific research and environment protection. It is designed specially for drying of material which is thermo-sensitive or decompounded and oxidative easily.

1、The working chamber is ，made of high quality sheet or corrosion-resistant stainless steel.Toughened hulletproof double glass door,to observe clearly the object in the working chamber.
2、The air-tightness of the chamber door is adjustable,with a wholly shaped silicon rubber door sealing loop;so as to guarantee in-chamber high vacuum.
3、Intelligent temperature controller is based microprocessor with PID parameters controlling function.Digital display of set and actual temperatures.High temperature controlling accuracy and reliability.
4、Be sure to the temperature is not excess.and the heat up power can be adjusted.

真空烘箱采用模拟工程学的数字技术控制真空度，“手动控制"早已成为历史。您还认为在21世纪的手动杠杆操作的阀门可以精确控制真空度吗？通过电磁阀全自动数显控制的真空度，为您提供更加精确有效的真空度控制。通过面板，真空度从0Pa至105Pa可调，可调精度为1Pa。传感器采用电阻硅管压力传感器，从而保证了稳定的压力值，不受气流的影响，把稳定的压力值传给真空控制仪LED显示屏上。配合相应大功率的真空泵，真空箱内真空度可以达到10Pa以下军工级别。
