    但是若在单220nm波长处测Abs,好像数据满正常的,,,

    不好意思,,,那个文件是tst格式,只能用记事本打开...
    图上因该是这样的,,有很多段高的平台,,然后一下子下到最低,,又突然是一段很高的A=3.000的平台...

    重新做一次,看能不能重现,最好把图传上来

    光源在紫外段功率弱,吸收小的几个地方是光源的锐线,接近可见部分光源功率开始变得正常,可以得到平稳响应。

    感谢这位大侠,,,,另外我用单点测吸光度,貌似得到了正确的数据,,但是数据有个问题,就是数据好像很不稳定,,从大到小,,,再从小到大...从0.02几变到0.008,是不是也佐证了上述问题??谢谢啦.

    估计是光源不稳定的抖动造成的。换一个好的紫外光源试试看。

    我觉得仪器最大测量吸光度范围3,感觉超过了测量范围,是不是溢出了,稀释一倍看看什么情况,如果还这样,可能就光源问题

    感谢各位大侠的热心回答,
    不好意思各位,出现这张图的原因已被我找到,,
    原来比色皿是玻璃的不是石英...汗..
    吸收太强,超出范围,这种情况下基线根本无法调整,导致了混乱的数据
    这台仪器因为是新进的,氘灯我想应该是好的.
