请帮忙分析下面这句话的意思，是不是只需要提供内控方法的LOD和LOQ就可以了？还需要提供EP方法的LOD和LOQ吗？
Concerning the HPLC method for related substances: in your in-house validation, LOD and LOQ should be provided for each impurity detected in your API in order to clarify the results “Not Detected” that are given in the cross-validation data and state whether your in-house method and the EP one are equivalent.

1.提供检测限和定量限。
2.说明内控方法与EP是否一致。至于怎么说明，是列表比较证明二者一致，还是就在commitment letter里写你们可以保证二者一致，原文里没有说啊。我觉得在commitment letter里作保证也是可以的。

晕。请看我说的第2点：说明内控方法与EP是否一致。（state whether your in-house method and the EP one are equivalent。）

You are requested to “state”, not “substantiate”. Therefore, 列表比较证明二者一致is not required at present stage, unless they request later.
