就是电流重现性很好，但峰就是不一样，样品峰周围总有一个又宽又大的杂峰

but when I deincrese my sample volume ,the peak is still very poor,why? Can you tell me,please!

进样方式和进样量是多少？

it looks your sample is really complicated , with many different components. Plus this sample has different solvant , not similar as the buffer of your CE, right?

it didn't like that ,my sample is very simle ,it includes only one compent,because of stacking ,the sample diluent solution must be differt from BGE.

什么方式的stacking？
