【求助】关于X荧光漂移校正-监控样品的问题

1.重做曲线后是否需要重置监控样通道并重新测量，及彻底重新设置监控样，重置其0时间计数值。no, please do not reset your monitor, otherwise your curves will change too
2.如果在曲线使用过程中我想修改监控样的数量，而不想重做校准曲线，怎么办，如果增减监控样数量是否会使校准曲线丢失。this depend on your software, functionally cannot change, but the curve you can do correction in compound

1.i think reset is necessary , if you make your test curves. and at the same time ,reset the monitor for the others applications which you have done .

2.you can do it well . the function of the PANAtical software supplies it.

3.if you want to do something ,i think you can try , it will be helpful ..but you had best to back your userdata packs before you do anything .
