戴安公司成立于1975年（纳斯达克股票：DNEX），公司成立同年推出了世界第一台商品化的离子色谱，该项革命性的分析技术使得全球化学工作者能够从混合物中快速分离鉴别出各项离子成分。

1975年，美国Dow化学公司的H.Small等人首先提出离子色谱概念，并制成第一台离子色谱仪，随即被商品化、产业化，由Dow公司组建的Dionex公司最早生产离子色谱并申请专利。至于资料可参考浙江大学朱岩教授编著的《离子色谱原理及其应用》，其中只涉及仪器原理部分。
