我的理解是：可接受标准所显示的最后一位数字为有效数字
比方说含量标准为98.0%-102.0%，最后一位数字0是有效数字，所以我们在计算含量时通常要多保留一位，也就是保留两位小数，最终报告修约之后一位小数的结果，不知道大家是不是这样做的？

意译 :

接受标准中的所有数字均为有効数字

(120000 means 1.20000×10⁵)

可以这样理解么？比方说水份的标准是not more than 0.5%，一位有效数字还是两位？突然不知道有效数字的概念了

其实, 接受标准是精确值, the concept of significant digit is not applied, 見26/F at http://bbs.instrument.com.cn/shtml/20100519/2563991/index_3.shtml

On the other hand, you may treat 所有精确值的数字理所當然地是有効数字
