Thank you for your reply. I work in an English environment.

One of my co-workers tried when working in another lab, but she had trouble with Vitamin A acetate bejing unstable under high temperature. I don't have a microwave oven right now, but want to know if somebody have any success in using microwave oven in vitamin assay. If not, I would be more hesitant
to spend too much time on it.

我所知道的萃取方式一般是索式萃取、超声波萃取、微波萃取
前一种比较费时，一般要8到16小时
后2种都比较快，半个小时吧

微波萃取维生素，应该很早就有这方面的文献资料了
你可以去找找

你需要注意的就是，微波不能对非极性物质加热，
我不太清楚维生素极性
如果维生素是非极性的，萃取的溶剂肯定也是非极性的
但是非极性的放在微波里升温很困难，容易将仪器弄坏

所以你的溶剂最好是非极性和极性混加的
例如正己烷加丙酮
