柱压为什么总这么高，什么也干不了，真郁闷！

是不是柱子堵了

是柱子堵了还是流路堵了？

1.check the solvent ,especilly check the millipore ,maybe the water have some problem .
2.wash the column with acetonitril ,maybe some sample stay in your column .
3.Sometimes when I use some HPLC ,the pressure is higher than average
pressure maybe 10 bar ,I think it is not a problem .
4.you can change the column to find there is problems in column or system .Sometimes ,there are some problem in inject needle or pump .

我这两天也被压力高的问题困扰着。
大致是因为我的流动相放久了，里面产生了絮状物，从而导致泵里的管路过滤器和梯度混合器里的过滤器堵了。

1.检查流动相重新过滤。
2.检查柱子是否堵了。
3.检查管路是否堵了。
4.检查泵是否堵了。
5.用甲醇冲。

楼上的朋友说的都有一定的道理，不过你还是要看一下管道过滤器（也就是在线过滤器）是不是应当更换一个，正常的情况下流动相达到120L时管道过滤器就应当清洗一下了。可用超声波进行清洗
