The reviewers feel the design and the discussion of the work are not sufficient for publication in this journal. Further details regarding the reason for this decision are given in the reports. I am sorry not to have better news for you and I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts.
语气比较直接的： 2、Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. You will see that they are advising against publication of your work. Therefore I must reject it. For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.
