紧急求助：DI3100 tapping模式下的故障

Drive amplitude excede the limit mean that detector can not get the signal from cantilever reflection. You can check

Please make sure the red laser spot is on cantilever from CCD monitor and sum value is ok.

If Not. It mean

(a) It is the problem of plug or wire between head and stage. You can check if it is open or short by using electric meter. Please check manual the meaning of the pin.

(b) Piezo on tip holder is broken. This can be checked if there is sum value during laser alignment.

(C) Sometimes it is software bug. please install software again.

If yes.

(d) You just get sum and RMS value ok. But laser is on chip set , not cantilever end. This is becasue you use different kind of tip or whole cantilever is not on the right position.This happened very much.

(e) Sometimes it is software bug. please install software again.

(f) The controller circuit has problem. But this does not happened very often.

Please check what the situation before and during cantilever tunning.

1.激光束能射到针尖上，sum值也在正常范围内
2.contact模式下能正常使用
3.换过几个悬臂，还是不行
4.在contact模式下做过电场的原位观察，即在样品两端加电压，但是样品不是导电材料，无电流，最高加到200V，不影响contact模式下的成像。

You should have bcakup CD to install software again. If it can not work, to find Veeco China for supporting.

看一下你的Drive Amplitudeｓ是多少？我估计已经是几伏特了。手工减小到100mV，再试试。
或者，不要使用AutoTune，改为手动搜索
