【Abstract】 Objective To develop a quantitative method for determination of diosgenin in Anti-virus Dispersible Tablets by HPLC-ELSD.Methods A DiamonsilC18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used,methanol-water （86:14） was used as the mobile phase,the temperature of drift tube was 88℃,and the flow rate of gas was 2.0 mL·min-1.Results The calibration curves were linear between 2.48～12.4μg（r=0.999 6）,the average recovery and the relative standard deviations were 98.2 % and 0.5 %,respectively... 更多还原
