【摘要】目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定中药复方龙苓春合剂中五味子醇甲的含量。方法:采用D iamonsilTMC18色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(35∶35∶60 V:V:V)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/m in,柱温:35℃,检测波长:250 nm。外标法测定龙苓春合剂中五味子醇甲的含量。结果:龙苓春合剂中,五味子醇甲在2.39~255μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=1.9%,n=9)。结论:本方法专属性强,重现性好,操作简便。可用于中药复方龙苓春合剂的质量控制研究。更多还原
