【Abstract】 A HPLC method with fluorescence detection for the determination of α 2,5 dimethoxyphenyl β aminoethanol hydrochloride in serum was established. The serum sample was treated with solid phase extract. A Diamonsil C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution (28∶72). The excitation and emission wavelength were 288 and 328 nm, respectively. Methoxamini was used as internal standard.
