【Abstract】 A HPLC method was established for the determination of primeverin in Primula maximowiczii Regel. A Diamonsil C18 column was used, with methanol-0.025mol/L phosphoric acid(40∶60) as the mobile phase, at the detection wavelength of 254nm. The calibration curve of primeverin was linear in the range of 10-200 ng.
