【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of sodium houttuyfonate tablets.Methods Using a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of methane alcohol-water-tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution(10%)(70 ∶30 ∶0.3).The detection was carried out with a dinode array detector at 283 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear between 7.408 and 37.04 μg/mL(r=0.999 8).The average recovery rate was 98.72%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate... 更多还原 【关键词】 高效液相色谱法； 鱼腥草素钠片； 含量； 【Key words】 HPLC； sodium houttuyfonate tablets； assay；
