Take thecorrect actions with quick response to resolve the issues when receiving thecustomer complaints. 4. Finish anyother work with quick response and high quality assigned by the supervisor. Requirements:
1. Colleaguedegree or above with at least 1 years work experience. General Analytical Instrument/Spectroscopy product knowledge, instruments repairand technical support experience are preferred. 2. Must have theability to work independently, have effective communication skills,interpersonal and listening skills. 3. Good commandof both written and spoken English. 4. Oracle orother ERP experiences are preferred. 5. Male or female
