OneSource Service Specialist 通用仪器维修：上海
Responsibilities:

•Work independently on general lab instruments (e.g. freezer, oven, balance, incubator, etc.): installations, on-site diagnostics, repair, preventative maintenance;

•Deliver technical explanation and practical demonstration to end-users;

•Able to draft validation protocol;
•Ensure customer satisfaction

Education & Experience Request:

•Minimum 2 years of lab instrument service experience

•Customer-oriented service attitude

•Good command of English, esp. reading and writing
Service Engineer 色谱等分析仪器售后维修：上海
Main responsibilities：

1.Responsible for instruments installation and Warranty service in the Field

2.Responsible for part of each territory service.

3.Responsible for Billable service and promote the service contact.

4.Responsible Accessories & Consumables sales.
Education：

1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Required work experience related to position

3.Minimum 3 years working experience in AS instrument field

4.Good communication abilities with customers and colleagues
Application Scientist-酶标仪应用：广州
Responsibility:

1 Multi-modal plate reader and related reagents pre-sale and post-sale support

2 Local marketing activities and brand building

3 Local reference site development

4 support imaging product lines when it is necessary
Education & Experience Request: 广州

(a) Knowledge

• Strong background in plate reader or imaging technologies

• Demonstrated commercial acumen to help with market/product/customer strategy as well as selling skills

(b) Skills (As in technical, management & general skills)

• Good communication skills

(c) Related working experience

• Minimum 2 years product specialist experiences in plate reader or imaging fields like in vivo imaging and cell imaging, with proven track record is preferred，

(d) Education Level

• Cell biology, molecular biology, pharmaceutical or related discipline.

(e) Other abilities (Please specify)

• Team work spirit,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface credibly and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization

• Positive, self-driven, results oriented

Position Responsibilities:

•Implement sales strategies, ensures to meet sales target for responsible

territory

•Drive the growth of WCN business

•Coordinates sales activities in responsible territories

•Manage the local channels/dealers for more resource and faster business growth

•Work with technical support team to implement key marketing activities.
Education & Experience Request:

•More than 4 years sales experience in Analytical instruments area

•Good communication abilities with customers and colleagues

•Good knowledge about AS market/business

•Aggressive, creative and hardworking

•Bachelor or above, major in analytical instruments or analytical chemistry (preferably)
