Meet or exceed all quarterly sales objectives for assigned geographical area 季度销售指标达标完成 4. Maintain a significant opportunity pipeline to assure success and on-going growth for the region 为负责区域制定渠道拓展计划,以确保该地区销量持续稳定的增长 5. Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve short and long term objectives 制定和实施销售策略,以实现短期及长期的目标 6. Develop detailed knowledge of the customers within the region 挖掘区域内客户的详细信息 7. Develop key relationships (at all appropriate levels) with strategic accounts and distributors 与区域内的战略客户及分销商建立良好关系 8. Evaluate and champion emerging and strategic accounts for Bruker-Nano 评估和建设区域内新客户及战略型客户 9. Assure the highest level of customer engagement and support from Bruker-Nano resources in sales, field applications engineers, marketing, inside sales, customer service, manufacturing sales representatives, distributors, etc. 确保客户高度的参与度及认可,让客户得到来自Bruker销售、市场、现场工程师、客户服务、分析师等各方面的资源支持 10. Oversee the ongoing management of manufacturers sales representatives (these are matrixed relationships) in the region 监督区域内经销商销售人员的管理 11. Coordinate with product marketing on the development of short and long-term sales strategies, product introductions, new products and features, etc. 与市场部协作,制定短期和长期的销售策略,产品结束,新产品和特性等 12. Establish and manage relationships with cross functional departments within Bruker-Nano for product fulfillment, customer service, pricing, etc. 建立部门内部的良好人际关系 13.
