The Clinical Service team is primarily responsible for Clinical business in China. As an integral part of this team, the successful candidate will be required to manage the field service. With the customer-oriented mindset, meet the customer''s expectation and service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform multiple clinical support actives, including installation, repairing, maintenance, standardized experiment, customer familiarize training, Management of spare parts ,to support Clinical business growth. 2. Having a comprehensive understanding of the relating service SOP and strictly implementing accordingly 3. Good collaboration with application team and provide qualified service to customers. Assist the management of distributors. 4.Drive pre-maintenance plan and reduce equipment failure rate, Successfully improve the customers'' satisfaction and royalty 5 .Good team work with logistic ,sale ,market to make sure deliver service on demand . 6. Perform other duties when requested.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above with a minimum of 3 years experience in analytical instrument or IVD analyzer. 2.Familiar with workflow of Clinical customer, understand of ISO 15189/CAP 3 Experience with MS in clinical is preferred and with skill of MS in application is also preferred. 4 Effective communication skill with people and be able to accept of business trip Experience in Waters $$lc and $$lcMS platform is a plus
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1 Effective written and verbal communication skills in English in the area of clinical instruments. 2 Effective analytical and problem solving. 3. Effective skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word application.
