The Clinical application team is primarily responsible for technical support to Clinical business in China. As an integral part of this team, the role of Clinical application is to provide technical support for Clinical clients after sales, Waters is actively seeking a motivated individual as our Clinical application specialist, who would work closely with the engineer team , sales team and dealers to solve customer problem and win customer loyalty to waters products and also help to increase the business growth.
Responsibility:
1.Transfer waters Clinical Solution to our customers , support Method Validation, getting user feedbacks on our products and services. 2. Visiting client regularly and Solving application / product problems promptly and completely and could provide a more comprehensive solution to the customer based on technology; 3．Give on-site application training to Clinical customer on responsible product and technology, make sure our customers can try products very well ; 4. Collaborate closely with engineer team, sales team and marketing team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. 5. Coordinating customer evaluation of products. Paying periodical visits to Key Accounts for getting user feedbacks on our products and services; Assisting customers in the interpretation of test results, explaining test result to customers to reach agreement
Requirements:
Master’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline
•Minimum 3 years of experience on liquid chromatography and high resolution mass spectrometry technology or 3 years experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience •Familiar with workflow of Clinical customer for example Clinical laboratory, understand of ISO 15189/CAP Effective communication skill with people and be able to accept of business trip Experience in Waters $$lc and $$lcMS platform is a plus
•Good web, Word, PPT and Excel capabilities •Excellent interpersonal and communications skills •Good oral and written English skills •Passionate in learning high-tech science
