  • 职位名称:服务销售-Sciex
    职位描述/要求:REPORTS TO: Service Business Manager
    PURPOSE
    To promote service products to customers, especially service contracts. Help customer realizing Sciex China has these products and accepting the products.
    Work as a single contact point for any service products need from customer, field service, marketing and sales. Be responsible for signing the contract with end customers and negotiate with them about service contracts or T&M service.
    Help company to meet and exceed service contracts sales targets and create the good foundation for future growth.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. To implement Sciex China service marketing strategies for Sciex service product sale in East China market.
    2. To promote service contract business through actively attending business marketing activities, exhibitions, user meetings, on-site visit and phone campaign.
    3. To close the service order with customers, and manage the proper process, like quotation, T&C, presentation and bidding.
    4. To generate/translate service marketing promotion materials in local language.
    5. To implement customer satisfaction and market need survey.
    6. To achieve Sciex China Service contract order and sales target quarterly and yearly.
    7. To closely work with Service business manager and Global Service Product Team in order to implement global strategies in China.
    8. To prepare and update service-product sales forecast file monthly.
    9. To understand customer needs and recommend the customized service products to customers.
    10. Other projects assigned by Service business manager.
    EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
    1. Bachelor''s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Biology or Marketing with a communications emphasis or equivalent experience. A Master Degree (MBA/MA/MS) in a Science discipline is highly desirable.
    2. A minimum of 4 year related sales working experience in Analytical Instrument/ Life Science Instrument/ Healthcare Instrument business, preferable in Mass Spectrum instrumentation companies.
    3. Demonstrate successful sales competency.
    4. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with customers, sales team, service team and others department staff.
    5. Good English skills in reading and writing
    6. Computer proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    7. Can accept the frequent business travels
