Key Relationships:

Ø Excellent strategic thinker ( knows how to create a data and VoC driven strategy)

Ø Manage the product development roadmap for China

Ø Analyze and monitor markets through segmentation, market research and customer insights

Ø Manage the monthly project reviews and quarterly portfolio reviews for China

Ø Lead the business case reviews prior to portfolio change requests or toll gates

Ø Create Key Opinion Leader network

Ø Negotiate deals with third parties

Ø Manage the implementation of DBS tools (Visual project management, Innovation cadence, etc)

任职要求：

Person Specification:

The right candidate should possess the qualifications, experience and skills set out below to meet the requirements of the role as well as embrace the Danaher Values:

Experience:

Ø At least 7 years of experience in product management or field applications for products in the life sciences domainin China.

Ø Understanding of instrument used in protein and cell biology in life sciences research

Ø Experience delivering life science research products from new product concept to release.

Ø Working knowledge of microplate and imaging instruments based on applications, tools, and workflow

Ø Proven track record of concisely reporting Voice of Customer information to marketing and development teams.

Ø Proven ability to accomplish tasks in a team environment (ex. engineering, marketing, technical support).

Ø Proven ability to communicate complex concepts in writing.

Ø Sense of the Urgency - ability to know when to act quickly to proactively solve problems

Skills:

Ø Excellent understanding of protein and cell biology space.

Ø Detail oriented - ability to develop detailed plans and then execute on those plans.

Ø Priority Minded - ability to identify and execute on only the most important issues (stay focused).

Ø Strong focus on metrics and data

Ø Ability to work together in a constructive way with peers, subordinates and seniors in anticipating and resolving issues.

Ø Excellent discussion, facilitation and listening skills

Ø Experience in working with multinational teams within a matrix organization

Ø Hands-on attitude with go-to mentality and high degree of self-motivation

Ø Strong presentation and communication skills

Ø Excellent language skills in English both written and verbal, German is strongly plus
