液质里面trigger有什么用

这个参数一般默认值，也被我忽略了。
help文件里有一段说明：应该是一个限定值，平时不起作用吧。
Trigger
Use these boxes to specify the minimum intensity thresholds that a reference SRM transition must exceed to trigger retention time correction. The intensity of the SRM transition must exceed the trigger threshold during the specified time window. You must select the SRM transition as a reference scan in the Reference column.

Note The mass spectrometer uses only one reference SRM transition at a time for retention time correction. When the reference SRM transition intensity falls below the trigger value, it is no longer used for retention time correctrion.
