1. Provide most production support on Oracle EBS system for Asia (China, Korea, Thailand) user. 2. Support users to analyze and resolve production issues or work with Global team to resolve including configurations, and data fix etc. 3. Interact with relevant business functions department to understand the issue criticality and coordinate with business for the issue resolve actions. 4. Able to understand users’ requirements from business perspective, able to identify solutions, document the requirement and work with the development or implement team to drive project. 5. Write functional requirements documents (MD), cooperate with technical consultants for customization or application system development, and participate in testing the development results 6. Develop relevant solutions and implementation documents according to business needs, and configure function and operations of the ORACLE EBS SCM module like INV, OM, PO, WIP, BOM, MRP . 7. Make system training document and deliver system training for ERP user.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree, major in Computer science, information management or other related majors • More than 5 years'' experience in implementing or supporting Oracle ERP e-business suite, preferably in manufacturing and commercial environment • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules including INV, OM, PO, WIP, BOM, MRP etc. and working experience in system setup, background data process, parameters settings and troubleshooting • Experience on Oracle Manufacture module implementation is a plus • Experience on oracle with other application system (WMS/MES) integration is a plus • Excellent client facing communication skills • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken 公司介绍： Hach company is a Danaher company under the Environmental platform within the five strategic segments.
