职位名称：Training & Laboratory Support Technician 职位描述/要求：职责描述： Support day-to-day operations and logistics of services training courses held in Shanghai Asia Training Center.
Conduct weekly pre-course preparatory activities for ATC GSE laboratories and classrooms. Administer post-course follow up activities upon course completion on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Provide on-site hospitality for field-based trainers. Coordinate pre-course logistics and conduct any laboratory and/or classroom preparations in time for field-based trainer’s arrival. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure operational effectiveness of training instrumentation, equipment, and systems at all times. Manage capital equipment inventory as required to provide on demand “working spare” units. Assist trainers during training courses by providing timely troubleshooting and repair of instruments. Provide trainers with other operational and/or logistical support as needed to guarantee the delivery of productive and effective services training courses. Stock and maintain the chemical, consumables, and spare parts inventories of ATC GSE laboratories. Oversee facilities work orders to maintain frequent disposal of chemical and other waste from laboratories. Liaise with facilities to coordinate maintenance/repair requests as needed. Uphold Environmental Health & Safety standards within ATC GSE laboratories. Serve as primary contact for internal EH&S audits and 24-hour emergency point of contact.
任职要求： Minimum of an Associate’s degree in science or engineering (chemistry, biology, biomedical or related) Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience working in a laboratory setting and/or providing instrumentation service and/or support role is beneficial. Demonstrated organization skills, communication ability, high productivity, and willingness to take initiative. Strong interpersonal savvy and keen customer focus. Enthusiasm to work collaborative within a team.
