职位名称:高级销售经理Sr.Sales Manager 职位描述/要求:Key Responsibilities • Lead the China Sales and Service team to provide continued growth in sales and profitability and meet/exceed targets. • Leverage and collaborate with HGM colleagues and other regional resources to drive productivity and capture business synergies. • Hire, develop and retain talent to assure the accomplishment of current and planned objectives and provide leadership to enhance succession management, sales performance, and business continuity. • Build strong relationships with Representatives and other stakeholders and manage external partners’ performance • Develop and maintain awareness of the competitive environment and market conditions to ensure that the region’s plans and strategies will be responsive to change, and will attain market leadership and maintain customer satisfaction. • Leverage Trojan/Danaher resources and capabilities in creating value added solutions • Drive the continuous improvement of a highly effective and efficient sales process that drives dynamic market penetration & revenue growth. • Manage expenses within budgeted levels. • Oversee, and intervene as necessary, to address customer interests or concerns by actively identifying and resolving potential problems in a timely and cost effective manner. • Ensures a safe, healthy workplace for associates, while adhering to Health & Safety regulations and procedures. New Business Development • Establish relationships and sign distribution deals with distributors in the targeted sector. • Negotiate terms of the agreement with distributors and execute agreements on behalf of Trojan. • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Commercial Development Planning • Identify and attend industry functions, such as association events, expos and conferences • Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. • Consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. • Think strategically and identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Leadership • Forecast sales targets and empower the sales team to meet these targets. • Present business development training and mentoring to other sales managers in the team. Measures of Performance • Year over year increases in Quote volume; Bid volume; Booking volume; PO volume; Discount levels; Expense targets • Effective leadership and development of team • Revenue Funnel management, responsible for accuracy of all data and pertinent dates. • Service Revenues • Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings • After -Market Parts revenue and margins • Strategic plan participation and implementation
Background and Skill • University degree in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred • At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience in Sales • Demonstrated strategic leadership capability and ability to shape a clear vision, translate the vision into strategies, actions and results. • Proven track record of leading and building a high performing team and delivering on-target results in a stretch environment through strong execution. • High energy candidate with a strong base of business knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success as a sales leader • Ability to lead and succeed in a highly complex and matrixed organization. • Ability to utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) to segment the organization’s needs and prioritize opportunities.
