1. Online answer customer calls and receptions online and provide accurate solution, then register the details info into call center system and dispatch process. 2. Solves straight-forward issues and problems by way of remote or online guiding. 3. Summarize the FAQ and share with team members.
Expert 20%
4. Responsible for the service capability building of service department and knowledge base construction of dedicated product lines. 5. Be the contact window of global support team and China service team on escalated technical issues; keep regular exchange to support local service
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry/applied chemistry/environmental engineering/hydrology/electronics, automation, etc.; 2. 2-3 years working knowledge of analytical instruments and technical support, and fluency with personal computers is also required. 3. Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin) 4. Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills. 5. Self-motivated, good communication skills, team work spirit and work under pressure.
