3. Gwyddion
Gwyddion is a modular program for SPM (scanning probe microscopy) data visualization and analysis. Primarily it is intended for analysis of height fields obtained by means of scanning probe microscopy techniques (AFM, MFM, STM, SNOM/NSOM), but generally it can be used for any other height field and image analysis.

7. STM Simulator
瑞士Nanonis GmbH公司的软件，需要在网站上注册，注册后会偶尔给你发mail介绍他们的最新进展
The system lets you explore the various possibilities of the full SPM Control System as if it were connected to a real tunneling microscope. You can do a coarse approach, scan on a Si-111 surface, record IV curves, use the internal lock-in detector for dI/dV mapping, make a real time analysis of the noise level, and perform point spectroscopy on a grid.

A tutorial and an online help guides you step-by-step to your first image and then explores the further-going features of the system.

一般情况下，买仪器时带的软件足够基本用途了。

在本帖中，由于有些软件公司没有在网站上发布，比如veeco，NT-MDT,Seiko,Shimadzu, agilent等，所以就不收录了，^_^

另外通用的软件，比如IPP5.0.2， IPLab4.0，这样的软件主要是光学显微镜用，不过我们可以利用这些软件来处理我们的SPM图，也是不错的选择。

小声说一句，IPP5.0.2可以在网上下载到盗版。
