1. Responsible for technical problem solving of hach products; 2. Responsible for the service capability building of filed service; 3. Provide technical training for distributors, operators and customers; 4. Participate in new product development and testing; 5. Other, lead (or participate in) technical projects, provide technical support for large sales projects, and provide technical support for GKA, etc.
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry/applied chemistry/environmental engineering/hydrology/electronics, automation, etc.; 2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 3. Can independently apply professional knowledge to solve complicated problems, have technical analysis and practical ability, can diagnose and find root cause, and propose solutions through analysis and hands-on observation; 4. Good professional communication skills, able to actively listen to the voice of customers and give appropriate feedback; 5. Willing to learn, able to actively learn and think, able to work under pressure, and good team spirit.
