职位名称:IT客服经理IT Client Service Manager 职位描述/要求:Key Responsibilities • Lead team to provide daily IT service delivery for WQ APAC region, include 25+ offices, 9+countries & area, 2 manufacture facilities,1000 associates. • Response for APAC region client service function KPI’s like SLA archive rate. • Work with global IT shared service platform. Lead team work together other function teams (Network, System admin , Security, Business system) as required. • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships within APAC region. • Drive continuous improvement for IT service delivery and related business initiatives • Implement IT solutions to align with IT roadmap and business strategy. • Leading continuous online\offline training session for region end users, help associates transfer IT tools to productivity • Cultivate an inclusive learning environment, provide mentoring for other IT associates.
Background and Skill • Computer science degree, higher is plus. • 8+ years’ MNC experience, 4+ years team leader role in IT Helpdesk, IT service delivery field. • Excellent leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills. • Excellent communication skill, fluent in English and mandarin, need provide training in both languages. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, Skype, Teams, SharePoint), Windows 7&10, Windows AD, VPN • Excellent on critical thinking and logical thinking, excellent skill on problem analysis and resolved skill. • Has experience to support APAC region, can work under diversity culture.
